Fibreglass Bus and Van top roofs are popular among travel and tour companies in Uganda – we have fitted rental van campers since 2010.
Colours, paint and finishes are done according to your specifications or company design themes and patterns. Additionally the roof can be designed to be translucent or opaque.
The fibreglass top roofs are available for Hiace vans, super custom safari vans, mini buses and buses and when closed only add a few inches to your height, perfect to get under parking restriction barriers.
All fibreglass top roofs are fully insulated to give them excellent strength and rigidity which will prevent sagging. To provide strength to the vehicle, solid front, back and side supports are bonded on.
High quality canvas with 2 side vents and a large front window give a feeling of space. A simple push pull hydraulic elevation using gas struts allows for easy operation.
Durability of the Camper Van Top Roof
Most fibreglass top roofs are guaranteed for 25 years but can last much, much longer if well looked after. Fibreglass is the most expensive of the options due to material costs, and although it is not as flexible as rubber it is incredibly resistant to damage and repairs are very easy and almost un-noticeable.
